Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 organic eggs, whisked
- 2 medium onions, finely diced
- 10 wild mushrooms, finely chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Pinch Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Directions: - Take a nonstick skillet and heat oil in it
- Then saut é the onions and add in the tomatoes.
- season it with black pepper and Pinch Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- cook it for 2 minutes.
- then add the mushrooms and broccoli to the skillet.
- and let it cook on low heat for about five minutes.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour them inside the skillet.
- cook until the omelet gets firm.
- Once the omelet is thoroughly cooked, serve.
- Enjoy.
