Mushrooms and Eggs

Preparation Time: 10minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 cup broccoli, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 organic eggs, whisked
  • 2 medium onions, finely diced
  •  10 wild mushrooms, finely chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pinch Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped


  1. Take a nonstick skillet and heat oil in it 
  2. Then saut é the onions and add in the tomatoes.
  3. season it with black pepper and Pinch Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  4. cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. then add the mushrooms and broccoli to the skillet.
  6. and let it cook on low heat for about five minutes.
  7. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour them inside the skillet.
  8. cook until the omelet gets firm.
  9. Once the omelet is thoroughly cooked, serve.
  10. Enjoy.
