Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup egg whites, whisked
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat milk
- ½ cup smoked salmon, crumbled
- 1/6 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste
- ½ small white onion, chopped
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
- Take a skillet and heat oil in it.
- Then saut é the onions in it for 2 minutes and add ginger and garlic paste.
- Let it cook until the aroma comes.
- Then whisk milk with egg whites and add in the crumbled salmon.
- Pour it in the skillet and lower the heat
- Let it cook unit the eggs get firm.
- Serve hot with toasted whole wheat bread.
