Salmon and Eggs Scramb

Preparation Time: 12 minutes  
Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup egg whites, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat milk
  • ½ cup smoked salmon, crumbled 
  • 1/6 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste
  • ½ small white onion, chopped
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted

  1. Take a skillet and heat oil in it.
  2. Then saut é the onions in it for 2 minutes and add ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Let it cook until the aroma comes. 
  4. Then whisk milk with egg whites and add in the crumbled salmon. 
  5. Pour it in the skillet and lower the heat 
  6. Let it cook unit the eggs get firm.
  7. Serve hot with toasted whole wheat bread.
