Salmon Avocado Toast

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Cooking Time: 2 minutes


  • 4 slices Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 6 ounces of Smoked Salmon 
  • Pinch Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning 


  1. The first step is to toast the slices of bread in the toaster. 
  2. Then peel the avocado and layer it evenly over toast slices.
  3. Top it with an equal number of salmon and sprinkle some salt-free garlic and herb seasoning 
  4. Enjoy
