Ingredients:
- 1-pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/3 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/3 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
- Take a small bowl and mix the water, tomato paste, oil, garlic, chili powder, and oregano.
- mix the ingredients well.
- spread the marinade onto the shrimps and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Prepare a gas grill or broiler and grease the rack with oil spray.
- place the shrimp in a grill basket and add it to the grill.
- Turn the shrimp after 4 minutes.
- once the shrimp get cooked, serve hot.
