Ingredients:
- 1/3 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin, grounded
- 5 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- 4 cups of spinach, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of ginger, paste
- 2/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 cups lentils, rinsed
- 3 cups rice, rinsed
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of coconut amino
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper, to taste
- 4 tomatoes, for garnishing (chopped)
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
- Take a Crockpot and add all the listed ingredients to it.
- Lock the lid and cook for 4 hours.
- Then turn off the heat and transfer the dish to the serving bowls.
- Top it with chopped tomatoes and lemon slices.
