Ingredients:
- 2 onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup broccoli,
- 1 cup cabbage
- 1 cup carrot, cubed
- 1 boiled beetroot, washed, peeled
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups of brown rice, steamed
- Use a steamer and steam all the vegetables until tender.
- Next, steam the brown rice as well.
- Now take a nonstick skillet and heat oil in it, then saut é the onions in it.
- Next, add ginger and garlic paste
- Cook for a few seconds.
- Next, add red chili flakes, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Add some water and add the steamed vegetables.
- Cover it with the lid and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Once mixed vegetables are thickened, serve over cooked steamed rice.
