Rigatoni Noodles with Broccol

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes


  • ½ pound rigatoni noodles, whole grain
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • 6 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese 
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced 
  • Black pepper, to taste 
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar


  1. First cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside for further use.
  2. Steam the broccoli and add it to the cooked noodles. 
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top along with a drizzle of vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Toss and serve.
