Peanut butter cookies

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:  

  • Unsalted butter – half cup, softened
  • Smooth peanut butter – half cup
  • Brown sugar – 2/3 cup
  • White granulated sugar – half cup
  • Pure vanilla extract – two tsp
  • Egg – one
  • All-purpose or plain flour – 1 ½ cups
  • Baking powder – half tsp 
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp 
  • Semi sweet chocolate chips – ¾ cup 

Instructions:  

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Linea baking sheets with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  3. . Add smooth peanut butter and butter into the bowl and beat it well.
  4. Add vanilla extract, brown sugar and white sugar and beat it again until smooth. Add beaten egg in it and combine well. 
  5. Fold in the salt, flour, and baking powder and prepare smooth dough. 
  6. Add half of chocolate chips and combine with your hands.
  7. Roll the dough into fifteen balls and place onto the baking sheet. 
  8. Bake it for ten minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool it.
