Pork Bone Broth

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 hours 


  • Cooked pork bones – two pounds 
  • Olive oil – two tbsp
  • Yellow onions – two, quartered
  • Celery ribs – two, cut into 4-inch segments 
  • Garlic – four cloves, peeled 
  • Peppercorns – twenty 
  • Apple cider vinegar – two tbsp 
  • Sea salt – half tsp 


  1. Firstly, add olive oil into the stockpot and place it over medium flame. 
  2. Then, add garlic, celery, and onions and cook for five minutes until softened.
  3. Add bones, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar, five quarts of cold water, and peppercorns, and boil it. Remove brown foam through a strainer.
  4. Cook over medium-low flame for six to eight hours. Add sea salt when half-hour left.
  5. When done, pass broth through a mesh strainer.
  6. Place broth into the bowls and serve!
