  • 1/3 cup red onions, sliced 
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 cups mangoes, peeled and cubed 
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice 
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper 
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  1.  Take a large bowl and toss together red onions, baby spinach, and mangoes. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix black pepper, olive oil, and orange juice.
  3. Drizzle it over salad and toss. 
  4. Serve immediately.
