  • 1 cup cucumber, diced 
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • black pepper, to taste 
  • 2 cups Greek your art
  • 1 /3cup green olives, diced 


  1. toss all the listed ingredients in a large bowl. 
  2. stir to combine well
  3. once combined, serve fresh.
